If you are unhappy with the initial draft:* You are entitled to 1 revision round included in your package to adjust design, text, or layout within the agreed project scope.
* Additional revisions beyond the included round will be billed at $50 CAD/hour.---4. Project AbandonmentIf you fail to provide required content, feedback, or approvals within 14 days of project initiation, the project will be marked as complete and no refund will be issued. Reactivation may incur a reactivation fee of $299 depending on the work already completed.---5. Technical IssuesIf the website does not function due to an error on our end (e.g. broken links, layout issues on delivery), these issues will be corrected free of charge within 7 days of project completion notification. Beyond this period, edits will be billed as maintenance.---6. DisputesWe strive to resolve all disputes professionally and promptly.
